How do I stop my subscription?
You can cancel the plan anytime by reaching out to our support team or raising a ticket. The cancellation will be effective in the upcoming billing cycle.
To reach our support team, follow these simple steps: –
- Visit our support center and scroll till you reach “Customer Support.”
- Click on “Contact Support.” That will lead you to our Support Page.
- Click on “Submit a ticket.”
- Enter the details in the form and click on “Submit.”
What happens if I terminate the term plan before the last date?
The term plans are prepaid. If you terminate the term plan before the last date, you will still get to use the planned benefits during the said term. However you will not be charged in the next cycle.
