Lists and Tools

Here is how you can use the tool “Sync Subscribers”: –  

• Log in to your ReachEngine dashboard. Go to “Lists > Tools.” 

• Click on “Sync Subscribers.” 

• Select the Primary list and the Secondary list.  

• Choose the appropriate actions and click on “Sync.”

• Action on missing subscribers  

This action detects the subscribers present in the Primary List but absent in the Secondary List.

Here, you have two options: (1) Do nothing and (2) Create a subscriber in the secondary list.   

If you choose the second option, those detected subscribers from the Primary list will also get added to the Secondary list.   

• Action on duplicate subscribers  

This action detects the subscribers in both Primary List and Secondary List.

Here, you have two options: (1) Do nothing and (2) Delete the subscriber from the secondary list.

If you choose the second option, those detected subscribers will get deleted from the Secondary List.    

• Action when distinct subscriber status  

This action detects the subscribers present in both Primary List and Secondary List but has a different status.

Here, you have four options to choose from: 

1. Do nothing. 
2. Update subscriber in Primary list. 
3. Update subscriber in Secondary list. 
4. Delete subscriber from secondary list.
