What is an autoresponder campaign?
When you create a campaign in ReachEngine, you will come across an option called “Type. ” There are two types of campaigns you can choose from: – (1) Regular and (2) Autoresponder
Here’s the difference between an Autoresponder campaign and a regular campaign: –
| Regular Campaign | Autoresponder Campaign |
Email Responses | In a regular campaign, if a recipient replies to your email or takes action, no auto reply will be sent. | When a user takes action on your email, the system will automatically send an email response to the user. It is called the Autoresponder campaign.
