How do I create personalized/custom tags?

ReachEngine dashboard has multiple tags available to help you shape your email campaign. However, we also have an additional customization facility available that lets you create your own tags.    

To create custom tags, follow these simple steps:  

• Go to “Campaigns > Custom Tags.” 

• Click on “Create new.”  

• Create the tag name. Please note that the system will add the default “CCT_” prefix to your tag. Therefore, the final tag name will be [CCT_YOUR_TAG_NAME]. 

• You can choose whether you want to randomize the text from the content field.  

• Based on your preference, you can then add the desired text in the content area. We have also given the option to add the content in HTML format. If you wish to do so, please click on the “Source” button at the top of the content editor.
