What are User Roles?
When you work in a team, you often need to delegate some tasks to your teammates. ReachEngine understands that you will need your colleagues to access your account for more efficient working.
With ReachEngine, you can create separate login credentials for your colleagues. You can also choose to restrict their access to limited features.
When you add a user, you are creating a “User Role.” This facility of assigning a user role to your teammates will help you collaborate virtually and more effectively.
